Janice Santos, MD

Dr. Santos is a urologist with specialized expertise in complex chronic pelvic conditions, including voiding dysfunction, urodynamics, neuro-urology, and female pelvic floor medicine. She currently practices at The Integrative Urologist MD, is a Fellow in Integrative Medicine at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona, and holds an academic appointment as Assistant Professor of Urology at FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine.

Her approach blends conventional and complementary therapies, guided by the belief that the body has the capacity to heal when the appropriate physical, emotional, and environmental conditions are in place.

Dr. Santos has particular interest and experience in treating patients with bladder dysfunction linked to connective tissue disorders, including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). Her work at the intersection of pelvic floor medicine and integrative care reflects a deep commitment to whole-person healing.
