Paulo Jaworski, MD, MS, MSc

 I am Dr. Paulo Jaworski, a urologist graduated from the Federal University of Paraná and a full member of the Brazilian Society of Urology. My path in medicine is marked by a constant commitment to excellence, translated into a trajectory rich in education, practice and research.

My international experience includes a fellowship at Denver Health Medical Center, USA, where I gained deep knowledge in minimally invasive techniques, treatment of renal trauma, endourology, and the frontiers of artificial intelligence in surgery. This period not only broadened my clinical vision, but also allowed me to contribute significant research to the field of urology.

In Brazil, I continue my passion for urological teaching and practice as a professor and medical residency coordinator, in addition to performing kidney transplant surgeries and leading innovations at Uroville Advanced Urology. Constant updating and application of advanced therapeutic methods are the pillars of my work, always aiming for the best results and recovery for patients.

Recently, my involvement in robotic surgery has reached a new level: I have become a proctor in urologic robotic surgery, training other physicians in the use of this cutting-edge technology. This reflects my commitment not only to excellence in patient care, but also to training a new generation of highly skilled urologists.

Furthermore, my Master’s degree in Clinical Surgery and an MBA in Management with an emphasis on innovation and leadership reinforce my knowledge base, allowing me to explore new frontiers in the treatment of urological diseases and in the management of healthcare teams.
